Homeowners across West Milton call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say — show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Gutter Installation job with a written warranty.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around West Milton and the surrounding West Milton, PA communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
Whether it's an emergency leak at 2am or a planned replacement you've been putting off, Big Toms Roofing brings the same certified crew and the same upfront pricing to every West Milton job.
High winds, hail, and fallen limbs don't schedule appointments, and neither should your repair. Our West Milton emergency crews arrive with tarps, decking material, and fasteners to stop active leaks the same day you call, then follow up with a full repair plan once the storm passes.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Gutter Installation jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
Buying or selling a home in West Milton? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying — no guessing about remaining roof life.
Ice damming is a real problem in West Milton, PA winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
Every one of these commitments exists because a West Milton homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Because our trucks stay staged around West Milton, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here — it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
